Fitness work will mainly base itself on cardio exercise Activities such as running, cycling, squats etc. Work on your cardio will enable you to be increase stamina i.e. perform better at sports such as rugby, football, also cardio is a great way of warming you up for additional exercises and burning off excess fat.
