SERVICES I OFFER

Tailored Fitnness Plan

This service is a personal training service that is tailored solely around you with only your body transformation goals in mind, whether that be losing weight, toning up, or could be to build more muscle. This service can be delivered on a 1-2-1 basis or in group sessions with every exercise being adapted to your needs.

1-2-1 training

1-2-1 Personal training is a face to face service that is solely focused on yourself and the personal goals that you wish to achieve. This service will allow me as your personal trainer to work alongside you on a 1-2-1 basis, this will allow for me to offer you unconditional support and motivation to help you strive towards your fitness goals.

Group Training

This service offers and allows for multiple clients to be trained within a group setting together. Psychological research has shown that it is more motivating and encouraging training within a group setting, in comparison to training by oneself. Previous clients have found that a potent exercise programme done alongside friends can be exciting and enjoyable.

Include the following

Strength Work

Strength work will be solely focused on working on your core body strength, by effectively executing sets and repetitions of exercises such as weightlifting, push ups etc. Strength work has phenomenal perks such as building muscles, improving muscle strength and will definitely contribute to a world-class body transformation

Fitness Work

Fitness work will mainly base itself on cardio exercise Activities such as running, cycling, squats etc. Work on your cardio will enable you to be increase stamina i.e. perform better at sports such as rugby, football, also cardio is a great way of warming you up for additional exercises and burning off excess fat.

Nutrition Plan

A nutrition plan is a fundamental part of my service's that is designed to improve your current diet and implement a newer healthier diet. Your nutrition plan will be tailored to fuel you towards your own goals whether that be weight gain or weight loss, your diet will be crucial to mentally and physically fueling yourself to reach your goals.
